Te Puia is the home of the world famous Pohutu geyser and our National Carving and Weaving Schools. Take a journey with a Maori guide and experience the natural beauty of Te Whakarewarewa Geothermal Valley â€“ a place of gushing waters, steaming vents, boiling mud pools and the world famous Pohutu Geyser.Â

Te PÅ is Te Puiaâ€™s evening cultural experience. It is a feast of cultural storytelling, entertainment and MÄori cuisine.
Enjoy an in-depth experience of MÄori customs, an innovative indigenous meal â€“ including hangi-cooked meats and vegetables, seafood and vegetarian options â€“ and complete the evening under the stars at Pohutu, our famous geyser.
