This is a twisty technical descent, with plenty of challenging (mostly optional) features including wooden obstacles. Near the bottom there is a spiral bridge that you go over then under.
The track starts in open low scrub and ends in low dense bush. The lower reaches, in particular, provide a very pleasant environment – not that there is much opportunity to admire the scenery, as the track demands full attention.
