Featherston Domain

At the bottom of South Soldiers Settlement Road there is parking on the right beside the yacht club buildings. There is a wide 4WD dirt track that heads east along the northern end of the lake. It terminates at a stream outlet into the lake about 1.9 km from the start (wetland reserve beyond that point). Return the same way. About half way along there is narrow bridge over a stream which restricts the traffic to walkers and cyclists from that point on.
