Formerly a small hotel during the Gold Rush days, and continuing until 1972 this historic building now operates as the Ferry Bed and Breakfast. The B&B is situated in a delightful rural area above the famous Shotover River, next to the Historic Shotover Bridge, & centrally located for airport and all attractions including walking and cycling trails. Families with children are very welcome and we offer Free WiFi and full use of laundry. We also offer Skiing Accommodation. Surrounded by delightful English cottage gardens and set in tranquil scenic surroundings the B&B is suitable for couples, families and small groups. You will enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the area when you return from a busy day of activity and a warm welcome from Glenys, Kevin and Buckley our Springer Spaniel. During the winter ski season we offer 'Whole House' self-catering rates for families and small groups staying for 5 nights or more. Wholehouse consists of; Lounge/dining, Kitchen, laundry, 2 double bedrooms, one ensuite bathroom, an additional small twin room suitable for 2 children, an extra bathroom & a toilet with hand basin.
