The Richmond Hills and Marsden valley are riddled with forest roads and MTB tracks that make up a great area for gaining both fitness and Skill. The "Involution" track is a fantastic native bush riding with some sweet switchbacks and sceanery out of this world. Getting there is a bit of a mission but its totally worth it!
