Black Diamond Ridge

The track itself is a technical rootfest and more of an access track than a ride in itself. Probably only about 80-90% rideable with a few carrys and pushes required. This track is part of an epic 4-6 hour ride combining a climb up fringe hill, Black Diamond Ridge, Sunshine Ridge, Peking Ridge and the ride home down the Maitai Valley. This ridge is very open to the weather so suitable clothing and emergency equipment shouod be carried. Mechanical Failure means a long walk back out.
