Pedal and Paddle is a small family business run by John and Heather Lawson and is based out of Otematata village in the beautiful and rugged South Islands Waitaki Valley in North Otago - our Kiwi hospitality and small group adventures guarantees an experience you won't forget.
As an experienced multisporter and qualified kayak leader, John offers a personalised service taking small groups onto Lakes Benmore and Waitaki for site seeing and kayak fishing, and escorted mountain & road cycling trips.
The countryside is varied including rugged high country station 4wd roads and sealed and unsealed lakeside roads offering spectacular lake, mountain and river vistas and stunning views of the mighty Benmore Dam.
