Swampy Summit Flagstaff Loop

From Bull Pen take the gravel road straight ahead for a quick downhill run. Then turn right at the Rollinson Rd which will lead you to a steady half hour climb to Swampy Summit. Be sure to stop and check out the views! Turn right once you're finished at the ridge and pass the Doppler radar saucer. Turn right at the following 2 intersections and on your way down you'll be riding on the ridge. You can take the Switchback Track which is the best way back to town or take the next 2 right turns to return to Bull Pen. DO NOT turn down a steep track near the end, which was bulldozed in 2008 and is unridable.
The Pineapple Skyline Walkway is also accessible from Bull Pen, but it is best to avoid it as it is a high conflict track full of older people ready for bikers to come along so they can throw the book at them, or whatever else they can find.
