Steep on the tar initially, then gravel road once it slackens off.

Directions

Take SH85 heading east out of Alex, and turn right onto the Little Valley road (towards the big white clock on the side of the hill) Park in the carpark by the terrain park (where the nutters all play). My advice is to go as a group of 3 people, and take turns doing shuttle runs to the top. If you are riding, take the tar seal road - climbing 125m in <1km (steep) - then dropping 25m over the next km, followed by another 80m of climbing in the next 1.2km to the turn off.
