New Zealand by Bike Cycleways, Great Rides, Rail Trails and Mountain Bikes Rides Across NZ
New Zealand is one of the world's top cycling destinations offering everything from easy multi-day flat touring trails to the most challenging of expert rides.
This year the Government has sponsored the development of Great-Cycle-Rides throughout New Zealand. These multi-rides are varying difficulties but none too difficult for any age group or family. The Great Rides are an amazing way to see New Zealand off the beaten track.
Even before the new Great Rides New Zealand has always been a mecca for fabulous rides such as the iconic Queen Charlotte Track in the Nelson area and the 42nd Traverse in the Tongariro National Park; or the world-renowned regional rides around Queenstown, Rotorua and Taupo.
NZbyBike.com is your home for all your travel information on rides in all the regions around New Zealand. Find places to stay along the Great Rides or Things to Do when you not riding your bike.
Enjoy and keep pedaling!
